The Christmas Support Network supports low-income households who could not otherwise provide a holiday meal or toys to celebrate this Christmas.

*Please only complete ONE application per family. If you have roommates but do not share meals, you may complete separate forms, please be mindful of protein selection that aligns with number of people on registration form. Individuals may only be on ONE application, duplicates will be removed.

Why we are collecting this information?

This registration will collect information about you and your family to help the partner agencies of the Christmas Support Network support you. Your information will be entered into the Link2Feed database used in Waterloo Region for all food and Christmas supports. All information provided will be kept confidential.

Assessment of Need

The partner agencies of the Waterloo Region Christmas Support program rely on the donations of individuals and businesses in the community to provide families with food and children with gifts at Christmas. While donors are very generous, the supply available is often less than the overall need in the community. This program is intended for people who are experiencing hardship and who will be unable to provide food at Christmas and/or gifts to their children without the support that this program provides.
