Visit familyoutreach.ca to see if you are eligible and fill out their contact form to get in touch with your neighborhoods worker
Family Outreach supports low income families with children 17 and under in their care to access basic needs resources.
Provides support for basic needs, through referrals and connections to community resources and agencies
